Artist's description:

From my project "TimelessScapes".
This image was taken by a selfmade pinhole camera in the wellknown and amazing badlands of Civita di Bagnoregio in Italy. This pinnacles are called "The Cathedral", it's clear why! They remember a medieval church.
The photograph was not easy to di, not only for the slow technique, but also to arrive in the place I choose for the shoot.

Pinhole fotography is my preferred technique because it is possible to take a photograph of time, not only of the subject. It's something magic. Also, with pinhole photography you returns to the origins of the photographic art: no technology, no automatic support, only a cardboard box, a small hole, a piece of B&W paper and your fantasy and capabilities.
The paper negative was reproduced and optimized digitally.
