Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

Phosphenes are those lights and colors you may see after looking at a bright light and then closing your eyes.
Most people ignore them and some don't see them at all but I find them fascinating. There is a wonderful world of colors and shapes that you can see without light...with your eyes closed.
Phosphenes constant move and change so all I can do is struggle to give an impression of these closed eye visuals.

This painting is about that struggle.

Original. Unique.

This work is sold without a frame but is gallery wrapped and the sides are painted a dark color so it may be hung as soon as you take it out of the box.

I do ship internationally. Message me and I will find out the cost for your part of the world.

canvas, acrylic, varnish
