Many of my paintings and original ltd. edition etchings deal with the endangered species and the loss of habitat. Unusual setting or impregnated moments arouse interest and curiosity. Here I have attempted to capture the humor of a Peregrin in an apartment room.
Their new habitat seems to be skyscrapers in NYC. Hopefully, my love of incongruity and the absurd will capture your attention and linger in the subconscious.
This is a ltd ed. etching which is drawn, printed and hand tinted in pastel by the artist.
This is a Magritte room.
Note: The color of the paper is more like the same print (offered) without tinting. Couldn't match it in photoshop and have the pastel and ink colors come out close to the original.
