Artist's description:

I've always been fascinated by Edward Weston's "Pepper Series," and have photographed them for many years. What seems to intrigue me is their sensuous shape and their almost human like skin. Many years ago, Edward's son Brett saw my pepper series and told me that I've out-Westonized his dad. What an honor to be told that.

Rather than interpret what the photograph means to me; let's just call the photograph an abstract, photorealism still life. In my opinion, the viewer should interpret the artwork and ask the artist what he or she had intended it to be.If you're curious, I'd be happy to let you know.
