Artist's description:

This is one of the few of my artworks with a strong social context. Usually, I'm avoiding such subjects in my art, but once in a while I feel overwhelmed by my feelings and need to express them creatively.

So, in this drawing I'm expressing my feelings of horror brought up by brutality of our "civilized" world, despite all that spiritual enlightenment and social and cultural progress, and specifically, by the rapidly growing scourge of global terrorism, that's affecting lives of so many innocent people right now and endangers the entire future of mankind. This drawing also reflects my disgust with a so-called ME "peace process", which is just a mockery that has nothing to do with a real peace, as well as with a human aggression, in general, regardless of time, place, culture, religion and ideological excuse...

The drawing is done with Pentel gel-ink with some pencil coloring on paper. It's artist-signed and dated on a back (there's also an initial rough sketch of an idea for this drawing on a back: I purposely left it there). The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It's sold unframed, however requires framing to be displayed properly.
