Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

Paradise II is painted on three gallery-wrapped canvases with the painting continued on the sides. The central canvas is 36"/91 cm square, flanked by two canvases each 18" x 36"/46 x 91 cm. I'm currently very drawn to painting these paintings with "wings". I like the proportions of a central image with side panels and like how it allows the central image to breathe beyond its center. Tripyches have been used for many hundreds of years, so their enticement to artists goes back a ways. I also like breaking up colors into shapes and breaking the main image into panels that can be viewed together or with space between, or with the "wings" at angles to the central image, like a three way mirror giving you a new view into yourself. This painting can be a meditation on the luminosity of being.

Paradise II will ship in two heavy-duty boxes. A signature will be required at delivery so the paintings can be fully insured.
