Artist's description:

Calligraphy word "Al-Bari"(Name #13): Al-Bari means the One Who brings about something out of nothing, the One Who creates something which was never there before. It is said that Allah is al- Bari of creation, the One Who brought about all things into existence out of non-existence. Allah has bara'a, created or initiated the creation without a model; bariyyah means those whom He has created. I took little inspiration for writing from the movement and harmony of Arabic Scripts like khat e diwani, Khat e diwani jeli and Riqa diwani. This cursive style developed during the reign of the early Ottoman Turks (16th century ). It was invented by Housam Roumi. It was labeled the Diwani script because it was used in the Ottoman diwan. If we see overall painting then writing style is contemporary. Painting medium is acrylic paints.
