Artwork description:

Inspired by foods from the sea these oyster shells were hand carved from lino and printed by hand using a deep slate blue/grey onto a second layer of a silver circular pattern reminiscent of the sea.
Made as part of a Women, Art, Food exhibition in 2016 this print forms part of a set of three, including a Prawn circular print and a Blue Sea Crab print.
Each image is printed by hand onto beautiful textured paper and mounted on a wide square white window mount frame. Being food related this image works really well in both kitchen and dining rooms.
This print forms part of a small edition of 5 prints of which you will receive a signed and numbered edition.
Each print and mount will fit a standard 50 x 50 cms picture frame.
