Artist's description:

Back in 2010, I painted an entire series entitled Monterey Seascapes. This series was inspired by the crashing waves at a Monterey, California beach during a very windy day. The surf was very high that day, measuring upwards of 22' in height. It was spectacular. But, because the winds were so strong and sand was blowing horizontally, I had to take the reference photos from inside my car. This series was fun to paint and I attempted to capture the strength of the waves.

Note: This painting can only be shipped with in the United States.

Materials used:

Archival Watercolor Paint on Arches 300 lb Archival Paper
