The Ossicles are the three small bones in the ear that act as the boundary point where sound traveling through the air gets converted into fluid moving through the cochlea. The piece took as its starting point the idea of gaps in conversation and was inspired by the writings of Wittgenstein and his analysis of the fragmentation of language
