This is a still life painting which I made in Sardinia during the hottest Siesta hours.
I waited on the porch in the shades and did this sketch from nature. I just captured objects what caught my attention - a cup with limoncello, texture on stone slabs, sun tracers which melted in the eyes, shadows came into motion and seemed more alive than still objects in the light
