Artist's description:

Inspired by photographs taken at Easter on holiday at Trebarwith, Cornwall, England. A storm had just passed and the sun came out, creating these amazing colours in the waves that were crashing onto the beach. Although I use photographs I have taken when I am at home painting, I try to be a bit free with my final painting and never paint exactly what is in the photograph, often changing colours or aspects of the picture while still trying to capture the feeling of wildness and freedom I get when watching waves. This painting incorporates glow in the dark acrylic which adds another dimension when the light goes out; a suble glow similar to the bioluminescence seen in the ocean at night.

Signed on the front and back, ready to hang.
