Artist's description:

Ted Bundy was an American serial killer, who acquired a great reputation after being caught, prosecuted and finally executed in the electric chair. It was introduced slowly in pop culture to the point of being considered as well as Charles Monson, an iconic figure
Many people consider it as the archetype of the intelligent and attractive killer, and there have been a large number of studies on this character.
In this painting I seek to explore the concepts of danger that society shows us. Bundy wearing a police suit, will be for many people an attractive security figure for some. And there will be those who place their trust blindly in this macabre character
Our bias towards physical appearance and social status leads us a priori to define people within benevolent concepts such as security confidence, peace, tranquility, which in the end turn out to be terribly fragile.
