I'm priviledged to live in a beautiful part of the country - West Sussex. Close enough to towns and cities but on the door step of the countryside - close to the South Downs and the Ashdown Forest. Consequently many friends are keen horse lovers which gives me ample opportunity to draw and paint their horses.
This portrait is of a horse called Louie, painted in oils on canvas, strung and ready for hanging.
