Artist's description:

The Art:
This is another study of the beauty in contrasts for the feminine form- balance of positive and negative life. I use high contrast in my works to visually and emotionally explain my thoughts on existence. This again is my representation of the simplicity in the beauty of being content with one's self. I've chosen a warm vintage white deckle edge paper to create on for the first time and found it to present a smooth and delicate finish with my unique charcoal brushing technique.
This art piece is sealed with high quality fixative and ready to be placed in an elegant frame to match. All my art pieces are packaged and shipped with great care.

My Purpose:
These art pieces are focused on my interests in the philosophies behind 'existentialism'. I am fascinated in the small degree of separation between humans and other living forms and the notion of death motivating all living purposes. I aim to inspire the acceptance of nudity through feminine shapes and elaborate shadowing. Our skin tells the story of our journey in life and should be celebrated.
Please note that the deckle edge is on the vertical sides only. Straight edge top and bottom.

Materials used:
