A cityscape painted in a purposefully abstract and almost illusionary fashion. With this work, I had set out to evoke an ethereal response. A contradiction to my ordinary work, in which I set out for similar results using nature; I tried a different approach and went the same approach with a large city.
Attempting to bring a sense of peace to what is typically equated with a chaotic setting: the modern cityscape. The work does have a companion piece - though the couple is not a necessity to pair together. You may find the companion in the profile page.
