This was painted from a sketch in the beautiful Austrian village of Myrhofen, Zillertal in the Tirol region. I was very fortunate that the event where they dress the cows up to bring them down from their Summer pastures coincided with my visit.
Painted from my on site sketch using quality non fade, permanent watercolour pigments on heavyweight rag paper.
Inage size 13 x 17 inches
I usually frame this size watercolour in a ready made 16 x 20 inch frame available from several stores.
