Artist's description:

While painting right after a rain an incredible scene was revealed to me. The sun was coloring a waterspout off to my right The effect gave the appearance of two suns, one setting and the other rising. Before I could react it began to fade. I painted as quickly as I could, wiping and repainting to get it right. It stayed long enough for me to get it right. It was as if it knew I was there. This painting is the result. I never saw that effect again.
