This is a image drawn entirely digitally using a Huion drawing tablet drawing with Photoshop Brushes from studies and reference photographs. The print run is strictly limited to 150 and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. The image is block mounted and sealed onto 18mm MDF board with sealed white edges. The block board is supplied with a floating effect hidden back mounting and can look absolutely spectacular if you also decide to back light. This is my subjective interpretation of wild mustangs as a dynamic image.
Digital drawing enables the production of a drawing in layers and enables the artist to take advantage of advanced colour editing techniques. Block mounting and sealing protects the image from damage and light degradation and it should last in its original pristine state as long as traditional prints or drawings.
Block mounting is a technique where the image is printed digitally using high grade non fading inks onto 240 gsm epsom glossy photographic paper. It is then pressure mounted with adhesive onto the blocking board and sealed to give a matt finish. The edges are sealed in a pure white laminate giving a clean edge.
