Hand pulled screen print with hand tinted watercolour background

19cm x 28.5cm (7.5 inches x 11.25 inches) Arches 185gsm watercolour paper with hand torn deckle edge

Inspired by busy scenes of hanging lanterns in Moroccan markets, this screen print simplifies the image into extremes of light and shade.

Each print in this limited edition (10pc) is hand made by the artist in two steps: First, grey blue watercolour paint is brushed onto 185gsm Arches paper, then left to dry and screen printed with denim blue screen printing ink.

The paper is slightly smaller than A4 and has a natural deckle (torn) edge which looks great exposed in the frame.

Each item in the edition is signed and numbered by the Artist
