I've always loved painting ice cream, particularly when it's melting. There's something about the texture and colour that reminds of the acrylic paint I use, and vice versa. So seasonality be damned, summer may be over but I'm still painting deliciously colourful ice creams that could happily brighten up any room in your house.
This one shows five scoops of colourful ice cream melting down the cone set against my trademark light blue background. In a break from my usual style I've painted over the background and white border, as if the melted dessert has collected at the bottom. I've also signed it on the front which I don't normally do.
It is painted in acrylics on thick A4 acrylic paper. PLEASE NOTE: the painting doesn't come framed, but I've taken photos of it in a white A4 frame for display purposes. So the third picture better shows what you'll be getting. (Message me separately about prices included the frame.)
