Mandala Meaning.
The mandala is a spiritual symbol and ritual that is the universe. Not only an art form, mandalas are used in many spiritual traditions, but above Hinduism and Buddhism, to focus attention, to define a sacred space and to help meditation.
In Tibetan Buddhism, mandalas are drawn with colored sands and then destroyed to symbolize the impermanence of the material world. The sand mandala represents our power to gain knowledge and wisdom, to fight the negativity, hatred, anger and violence.
Today the term mandala is very well known in the West and is in common usage to indicate geometric patterns, diagrams and circular designs that symbolically represent a microcosm of the universe, used in various fields (from spiritual practices to psychology) to restore calm, balance, peace, and increase self-awareness.

From my personal experience coloring the Mandala is a work without end, the Mandala as a starting point and the mandala as the end point, I remit in a continuous inner rhythm of musicality, sunshine and innate perception that not only centrate and relax, but they project into the world of creativity and intuition, in a "game" ever. The continuity and clarity made by the implementation of a Mandala, are buds that every day can help you understand the river of life, silencing the grueling dialogue of inner voices, soothing anxiety and tensions of everyday life and riportandonti harmony, naturalness and rhythm of the heart, too often lost in the general din.
