This collage was created from the picture that you can find in my gallery, which is called LOVERS.
The idea came from the photography of twigs that were frozen in a triangle shape. I decided to mix it and to see what will happen if to create David's star from the triangles. One of the meanings of David's star is a merging of Male and Female beginnings in everything. And in the mix of the photos, I could see the outlines of a man created by the light of sunbeams and outlines of a woman in the dress with the corset created by the lines of the twigs. That was wonderful, and exactly reflecting the idea, that I had!
Then I was thinking about the relationships between men and women and the way how different we see the world. And I was listening to a psychologist podcast at that moment, where they spoke about the difference in the vision of men and women. There is the idea that man has tunnel vision and woman - peripheral.
Then I decided to combine the picture of "Lovers" and got this one... as a reflection of the difference in vision and merging in the seek for being one.
If to look at the double "X", that is on both sides of the picture - this reflects the women's way to see the world, a bit wider... and in my opinion, there is an interesting detail that women have two "X" chromosomes, that actually give us such a vision.
Hope I could explain my idea… but the main thought - is that we are different, but we perfectly fit each other!
Love and light,
