This acrylic painting is inspired by the years I lived in Fairbanks Alaska. The beauty of the far north when my Dad took me hunting is something I will never forget. When we drove the Alkan highway it was gravel, long before it was paved. He drove a 59 Caddy and we got to see the most beautiful landscapes imaginable. From Montana, through Canada, and across Alaska my breath was stolen a hundred times. I will make feeble attempts for the rest of my life .. to capture the beauty God has gifted man her on earth.
Although this painting is sold UNFRAMED, I have included a few pictures in the album of it framed with in several different types of frames, as well as a conceptual pic in a white frame. This will give you a better idea what it will look like when you have it framed and hanging on a wall.
