Artist's description:

This is a painting of the Love Statue in Philadelphia that was in the old Love Park. A new place for this sculpture is being undertaken by the city so I painted this in memory of the original park where it stood for many years and had many visitors to photograph it and enjoy its beauty. It does symbolize the "City of Brotherly Love" which is what Philadelphia has been named in the past. I was born in Philadelphia and love the many sites and history this city signifies in the birth of our nation, especially the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
