Single pine tree photographed using only infra red light at Frensham Common, in Surrey, UK.
This image of a lone pine tree was taken at Frensham Ponds using an infra red filter (720nm) and a long exposure of 92 seconds. This blocks nearly all visible light and lets only available infra red light through to the camera's sensor.
In post production I made a blue / red channel swap, some levels and curves adjustments before boosting contrast and adding some softness using the Nik Collection software.
