I've been painting a slightly different series of London Skyline paintings recently, after a conversation with a respected art professional, trying to get simpler and a slightly warmer feel to the pieces. The Shard is a prominent, dramatic spike on the horizon but the warmed up sky and surroundings give this painting a calm if slightly moody atmosphere. Techniques used were the full range of wet in wet washes, dry brush and sharp detail.

All paintings are wrapped and packed in robust card and posted
within one working day in the UK, slightly longer internationally.
