On archival 300 gsm Arches paper, this piece was painted on location in Himachal Pradesh, india.
In my minimalist visual approach, using Japanese and Dutch watercolours, the artwork was painted on my recent travels there.
This view was captured on a sunny summer afternoon, where bright light created a silhouette of mountain, interspersed by shinning road and tops of houses.
