This huge 3ft by 4ft Christian oil painting was created to hang in a very large room. Hopefully a church or Christian Youth center located close to Kirksville Kentucky will be interested in it. It hung in my martial arts dojo (training hall) for 6 years until I retired from teaching. It is too big for me to hang in my house so I will have to sell it. This painting is very unique! The crown is made from actual thorns gathered in Kentucky and Tennessee. They are imbedded into the canvas. This fact will make this artwork too expensive to ship, it will have to be picked up. That is why I hope to sell this to someone who lives close by and can come and pick up the painting in person. If you are able to do that, be sure to contact me before purchasing or making an offer on this item. I will then delete the shipping costs after we have made arrangements for you to pick the item up. We will sign agreements between us about the shipping situation so there are no misunderstandings. Then you can purchase the painting through this Artfinder site. Be sure to contact me for further discussion. I am going to price this painting according to what I would charge if I were to paint it by commission, but I will accept offers with deep discounts... as long as you are able to come and pick up the painting.
Also I will list this painting as unframed, but if you will come and pick this item up I will let you have this handcrafted box frame for free. If you do not want the frame I will gladly take it off for you.
Although this painting is sold UNFRAMED, I have included pictures in the album of it framed with the frame I have on it now. I also have a conceptual pic of it hanging in a church.
