Artist's description:

I was sitting on my friend Charlie's porch one day and while we talked I watched the world go by thru the leaves on his willow tree. The leaves created a beautiful pattern, movement and energy. Sometimes the leaves were in the way of what I wanted to see beyond them and sometimes I appreciated the fact that their beauty blocked perhaps the harsher details of what is beyond. It occurred to me that perhaps the lesson of those leaves that is by focusing on what is clear and before me, and relaxing about details that I believe are important but are out os reach… perhaps that's a better path to a more peaceful life.
