I painted “Landscape from Teacup’s Melt” in 2016. This colorful painting is 40 inches by 30 inches by 1.5 inches, and the medium is acrylic on canvas. The style is abstract art.
This piece was an experiment for me. I’m trying to develop a style that best communicates how my mind filters the world as it is sensed through my third eye. My goal is not to focus on depicting what the visuals look like. Rather, I hope to be able to communicate the essence of how it feels to conceptualize reality in this manner…how the psychedelic-inspired mind endeavors to wrap itself around an everyday experience in a very childlike, fresh, and new way.
The painting is signed on the front, and it comes with a certificate of authenticity. The painting is also ready to hang, since I’ve painted all four sides.
