The other day, we made pumpkin soup at home, it is a family favourite and gets made often. I immediately called dibs on the remaining pumpkin as I loved the shape and wanted to paint it.
The focus in this painting is on the textures in the pumpkin and the effect of light on it, which is why I have kept the composition rather simple. Zoom in on the luscious brushstrokes and enjoy them.
This little painting has been executed with the highest quality of oil paints and it ships unframed. I will be glad to offer you any framing suggestions. If you have any questions, just write in.:)
