Artist's description:

Ketchup has long since been my favourite condiment and I probably eat it too much for a grown person. I sometimes even had ketchup with pizza! Silly, I know.

So it was inevitable that a classic Heinz ketchup bottle would become the subject of one of my pop art food paintings. I initially didn't want to just paint the bottle though so I created a two panel landscape A3 painting instead. One side depicts the classic bottle, the right side depicts the ketchup cascading out. My work isn't meant to be photo-realistic, instead I go for a bright and bold graphic representation of an object or food stuff, and nearly always set it against my trademark blue background.

The end result is a bold, bright painting that would brighten up any room in your home, or would make an ideal gift for a food lover.

It is painted in acrylics and Posca pen on thick high quality A3 paper. PLEASE NOTE: the painting doesn't come framed, but I've taken photos of it in a white A3 frame for display purposes. It's signed on the back.
