The paintings are inspired by the memories of vacations in Africa and in Lithuania as well. Sahara's desert reminds me Nida's dunes. And Nida's dunes always remindes me Sahara. So I depicted this feeling in simple, emotional and spontaneous brushstrokes. I put a white light to the paintings also, looking for an impression of lightness, subtilness and positive emotions.
This is a set of 2 artworks.
No need for framing, because the edges of the both artworks are painted, but they can be framed if desired.
🌍❤ The environment and ecological awareness is of great importance to me, therefore:
👍Reused wooden subframes.
👍Vintage canvas.
👍Water dilutable paints.
👍Water based varnish.
👍All used materials are with archival quality and will last for decades.
