Artist's description:

The song of wildflowers in the winter time at the desertland has been repeating over and over again. I have never tired of sighting them in my hiking experiences. The vivid red of chuparosa dance to the attention of hummingbirds, the lavender scorpion weeds mingles around the nodding globe mallows...and of course the golden Mexican poppies, etc.

This is a splatter painting which was created spontaneously with the fond memory of my wildflowers exploration during the blooming season back in my mind.

All the edges of canvas was painted with continual colors, the surface was coated with gloss varnish for protection from dust and UV light, the back is tightly strung with wire. It can be hung with or without frame.

Materials used:

acrylic paints, canvas

Jigging Chuparosa, Wildflowers Field, Meadow, Acrylic Painting (2017)
