Artist's description:

This is one of my newest Highland Cow portraits, painted on aluminium, using artist's spray paints and acrylic paints. This was an experimental 'first time' piece, using aluminium as a support. I found this support gives a smooth and lovely clear, bright effect to the colours. Named because the overall portrait reminds me of Jellybean sweeties with their transparent jelly colours. The photograph here differs slightly to the final piece, which has a few paint splatters in the lower right corner now, to soften this area. The sizes given are better in cms and so the image is 40x40cms and the thickness of the aluminium sheet is just 3 mm. - it is being framed to 'float' within a chunky box frame against a matt painted grey surface, surrounded by a white painted wooden, flat profile, frame.
