This is a large-scale series, called 'Jack in the box'. This series is about a period of time in my life when I had to put my creativity away when working in the corporate world for 7 years. In other words, I had to put the Jack in the box, but like all Jack in the boxes it comes bursting out and the creativity cannot be contained, this led me to take the decision to quit my job and pursue a life as an artist. This series documents this period in my life, with a mix of portraiture and abstract works.
