Artist's description:

Sometimes, (well, to be honest, most of the time) all I want to do is to paint my way across a never-ending canvas with colours and patterns. The solitude and concentration involved in this activity are totally at odds with the hustle and bustle of the outside world, and the title of this painting fits exactly with the subject matter and also with the feeling that I am glad to be occupied in this way rather than fighting my way through the crowds!
Signed on the front and varnished for protection, this painting is sold unframed and has a hanging wire on the reverse. The sides of the canvas are white.

Materials used:

acrylic paint, varnish
