Original artwork description:

St. Peter's in Rome is perhaps the most easily identified structure on Earth. When inside, it makes one feel insignificant, because it is surprisingly vast. It's almost unimaginable to think it could have been possible to build with the limited technology of the times. A must see for all world travelers. It was designed by Michelangelo and much of his art adorns the site. The painting is 5 feet tall and the perspective is such that it makes viewers appreciate the true size of the building. It is signed on the front and the back. A Certificate of Authenticity is included. This painting will require some extra time to ship, as I must construct a crate and make special arrangements for shipping. I will keep the buyer frequently informed of shipping status.

Notice: If you are NOT in the United States and you are interested in buying this painting please send me a message using the red "Contact Me" button and we can make arrangements through Artfinder to negotiate and complete a transaction. Shipping large framed paintings is very expensive to anywhere now-a-days. Additionally, the insurance for large framed, valuable paintings is even more expensive than the shipping itself. If you live within 300 miles I can personally deliver at much less cost. As always, my shipping policy is that I will refund any amount overpaid and will provide you with a copy of the shipping receipt. I will personally cover the cost of any amount higher than my quote for the shipping of this painting.

Materials used:

Acrylic paint, canvas
