Artist's description:

Cute, tiny painting made on 300 gsm 50% cotton Fabriano paper with watercolours, acrylics and pencil. The artwork is framed with a wooden upcycled ornate frame I have painted in black.
My grandma loved to hang in her living room many of similar tiny paintings with wooden frames, but often they represented landscapes, puppies, mountain villages etc. Here we have an appearently nice reader under the hot summer sun. See what she's saying to understand if she's a good girl or not!

PLEASE NOTE: the frame is a vintage item, but I have repainted it in black so it seems new! I needed a vintage item to give to this little painting the idea of a grandma living room style ;-)!

IMPORTANT: I have glued the paper on an MDF board. Don't try to remove the artwork from its MDF support, or you'll tear it up. The frame has to be considered as part of the artwork. The frame had no glass, but I protected the painting with a thick layer of acrylic matt varnish so that you can even dust it and no damages will occur.

My artworks are carefully packed and shipped worldwide via Poste Italiane.
