Original artwork description:

I am perpetually fascinated by the fact that our brains run the show, yet they never get any of the credit. It feels like we are the car, and the brain is the driver...sometimes not obeying the rules, and other time running through a red light.

I wanted to dissect my thoughts and put them down as an homage to the complexity, absurdity, and randomness of my mind.

This is entirely painted with glitter. The glass overlay was secured with glue to the surface of the painting and you can see through the words, but have obscured frosted glass for the remaining areas. The frame is actually part of the work as the glitter spills over to the inside of the frame.
