Artist's description:

I moved to London in 2006 after living in a fishing village called Pedregalejo in Málaga, Spain. I made a series of paintings on driftwood in Spain, and continued the theme when I moved back to the UK. This piece is a reminder of what it is like to live by the sea.

The painting has a hole drilled in each corner (top edge of painting), in the event you would like to put fishing wire or string through it so it can be hung on a wall, alternatively, it can lean happily on a wide vertical surface.

Materials used:

Acrylic, beads, shells, glue and string on drifwood
