Artist's description:

Painting: Oil on Canvas.

We stay close to the forest preserves of Cook County. Every day I take my two dogs for walks and am amazed at the new birds, foliage and wild flowers. Many I have never seen before moving to America.

Moving to America was quite a culture shock and I soon discovered that even though it all looks similar to back home, nothing was really the same. Everything I knew was no more.

This is an original oil on canvas artwork created by Lorna Scheepers.
This painting is on gallery wrapped canvas and ready to hang on your wall.
