One of a series, Brighton Glimpses, showing a little section of turf maze close to home.
Made on reclaimed cedar blocks with acrylic paints, pigments and (sometimes) silver leaf. These are little intimate moments and scenes from a seaside town - some well-known places, others hidden corners.
I'll be adding to them and making more on commission; they are simply framed in white-washed wood. Each piece works on its own. Ideally, however, they hang in groups of three or five or more. So I've made the price as accessible as possible given the time involved in making them. A labour of love!
