Artist's description:

This painting is inspired by Hodsock Priory in Nottinghamshire. The image captures a spring morning in May with fresh new verdant Beech leaves unfurling and a carpet of fresh spring bluebells.

The base layer is white to reflect the luminous bright clean colours emulating spring's palet. Painted in glazed oils to create luminous layers of colour. Finished with a protective gloss varnish. The painting is ready to hang with clean canvas edges as shown. A frame can easily be added by a local picture framing company.

The painting is protected by two MDF or hardboard panels to ensure safe protection during delivery.
