Original artwork description:

Landscape painted in my home city of Chernihiv. This day was rain. Therefore paint badly laid down on a canvas. Later, I in such cases immediately dissected oil on canvas, but this time I was the reception has not learned to. As far as I remember, wrote this etude for two times and the rain went both to the first, and for the second time. Cloudy weather was reflected in gray color of a picture.
