Artist's description:

This is a metaphore for the damage war does to the village and civilian populations in mountainous regions such as Afghanistan. The populus has had to flee their homes usually at a moments notice leaving behind their life experiencies - probably from birth - such a loss, a sadness felt in the very stones of the place. What memories linger but no one to attach to now. Will they return to bring those memories alive once more?

PLEASE NOTE this work is only for sale AFTER MID-APRIL 2016 because of previous EXPO.
