The painting represents the newest version of Snow White; a child who receives a new pair of shoes for Christmas and what to do now and so, she sleeps with her new shoes on?

The story goes like this. It represents the parable of the two sisters related or not, and for anyone not, to be confused she sleeps with a necklace on proving she is the real sister.

While the silent sister sleeps she is no longer chatting or talking up a storm which was a thought perhaps, of the other sister when she was awake, “hmmm.“ It was enough to make one's hair curl literally.

Apparently, if a person can curl their toes they are not only interesting, fascinating they are wicked and with eyes to prove it!

She picked, ate, loved the sweetness of apples, visited the Big Apple of New York, New York, USA, America and in her later, later years, she also wore perfume which she called, “Le Poison, La Poison one dab for each ear.” Some people’s looks reflected what she could do with her eyes, open them! Were her eyes too big, bigger than her stomach? Did she have a second stomach for sweet things?

She sleeps it off under her Picasso bedspread, keeps her socks and shoes on and leaves her princess curtains pulled back.

The other sister sits, watches her sleep and wonders what will she do? What will he do, the mystery man who watches her from under the table? She sits in her Picasso chair and tucks, conceals her feet under her dress only to say, “Hold onto your Hat, She Sleeps.” Her hair has already grown horns and the black dye cannot cover everything. Oh, the little white lies, black lies..... white sheep, black sheep???

She too has a love for roses. There are Matisse Roses in a white porcelain vase, a vintage, gold rose mirror of wallpaper resting on the round table, a green tablecloth overtop of the green gold table cloth made of chiffon.

Wallpaper surrounds her with snowflakes to the right and above her more wallpaper with a curtain; a window valance or pelmet matching her sister’s dress that she wore with giant fishnet stockings. What appears like pom pom balls hanging from the valance or pelmet are indeed, lanterns that swayed day and night.

The Moral of the Story: Be nice to one another, be true, be you.
