Artist's description:

Drypoint printmaking on plaster.
This is a technique where a drypoint plate is inked as normal, but then placed in a container and liquid plaster poured on top. When the plaster is set, the drypoint plate has released the design onto the surface of the plaster and is dry.

This design is to evoke the high contrast feel of high summer. A limited edition print of 10; this one being 1 of 10.

This comes packed in a wooden box and there is a hanging hook on the reverse of the piece for wall hanging.

The reverse is named and signed by the artist.

Materials used:

Plaster, printing inks
