Artwork description:
A coloured etching and aquatint of speedy hares on skis. This began as a whimsical doodle which I 'scratched' onto the zinc plate. The combination of this ancient technique with fresh ideas makes original work. Each print is handcrafted using a press and is one of a small limited edition. Orders are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue, rolled in a thick walled cylinder and dispatched within 7 days.
Materials used:
Somerset Satin paper 250g, Intaglio printing inks, Zinc plate
